DevOps Engineer / System Administrator

We are looking for a highly collaborative DevOps Engineer / System Administrator to support the Strive Platform. You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating cross-functionally to provide superior service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for systems and cloud technologies with an eye towards automation as well as an innate curiosity about learning new Azure-based technologies. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact at a fast-growing startup. You’ll be part of a small engineering team focused on enabling the rapid growth of our company. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud-based systems and will be an active participant in solutions design. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Perform day to day Systems Administration, managing the Systems Lifecycle of Strive’s infrastructure 
  • Utilize your DevOps tool belt to automate and manage infrastructure 
  • Enhancing and develop our systems infrastructure 
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time for multiple clients 
  • End-User Support 
  • Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing 
  • HIPAA regulation audit and verification 
  • Coordinate with Development staff for deploying updates/patches and integrations 

What You Bring 

  • B.S. in Information Systems, CS or equivalent 
  • 1-2+ years managing enterprise-level infrastructure 
  • 1-2+ years deploying sophisticated web applications 
  • Experience leveraging the Azure Ecosystem 
  • Experience with automated build and deployment tools like Gradle, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, CloudFormation, Git, Jenkins, etc.

Outside MedTech Sales Representative

The Outside MedTech Sales Representative is responsible for the sales for healthcare technology to health systems, providers, and healthcare payors. This position will sell and provide guidance about products needed by customers in the healthcare space.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise pre-sale
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of customers
  • Answers inquiries from customers concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
